Basically, manufacturing is done according to the exact needs of your project with Heavy Duty (Tg), Medium Duty (Yg) and Light Duty (Ne) options.
It offers safe and economical solutions for industrial floors with high load capacity, long service life and low maintenance costs. Maximum durability is provided with CE EN 1090-1 certified manufacturing and optional hot-dip galvanizing.

Platform Systems Types
Light Duty Platform (NE - Serrated): Light and economical type using square twisted bars as cross bars. Used in industrial walkways, shelf systems and grating steps. Provides a certain level of slip resistance. Can be manufactured in various materials and mesh sizes.
Medium Duty Platform (YG - Press Locked): Type using flat bars as cross bars, resistant to vertical and medium-level lateral loads. Used in walkways, heavy load shelves and some light vehicle access areas. More durable than light type (NE) for moving loads. Serrations should be applied for slip resistance requirements.
Heavy Duty Platform (TG - Fully Welded): Manufactured by fully welding flat bars of the same height. More resistant to lateral pressures compared to medium type (YG) gratings. Can be used in all walkways, mobile or fixed vehicle platforms. May be slippery if anti-slip serrations are not applied.

We can produce from steel (S235JR / St-37), stainless steel (304, 316) and aluminum materials. Surface treatment options include uncoated, hot-dip galvanizing (DIN EN ISO 1461) and electrostatic powder coating.
Light Duty (NE) gratings provide sufficient slip resistance for standard use. When there is a concentration of sticky elements such as oil, dirt, snow, serrations should be applied on the gratings. For Light Duty gratings, serrations can be applied only on bearing bars, for Medium (YG) and Heavy Duty (TG) gratings, serrations can be applied in both directions.
All our products are manufactured in accordance with EN 1090 (CE), ISO 3834-2 and ISO 45001 standards. We meet RAL GZ 638 & DIN 24537 standards for platform gratings and DIN EN ISO 1461 standard for hot-dip galvanizing.
Since manufacturing is done upon request, most small and medium-sized projects can be delivered within 7-14 business days. For high-volume projects, the duration is determined according to the project. Expedited production is available for urgent projects.
