Steel grating stair treads are manufactured in accordance with the specifications and standards on the Steel Grating page. Stair tread gratings can be manufactured in three different types according to your project or needs: Light Type (NE), Medium Type (YG) and Heavy Type (TG). The materials and mesh spacing to be selected will be the same as in the relevant section. Before manufacturing, material, type and mesh spacing selection should be made according to the tread width, stair traffic and usage style.

In projects where the treads will be assembled with bolts, bolt connection plates are added to the sides, while welded assembly generally does not require this plate. The mounting holes in these plates are drilled according to your project with your approval, or you can adapt the holes in your project according to the holes drilled in standard dimensions. A nosing profile is added to the front of the treads. In MiLiMETAL^® standard treads, this plate is added as perforated sheet. However, different products such as checkered plate can also be used upon request. For general anti-slip, serration application can be made in the same way as gratings. Grating stair treads can also be manufactured in stainless steel or aluminum upon request, in addition to steel material. After steel manufacturing, they can be delivered ready for assembly with hot-dip galvanizing, electro galvanizing, electrostatic (powder) coating or uncoated if desired.
